A compact specification featuring an integrated frame for the folder’s front and rear mechanism and high-position stacker.
We prepare two types: a single-lane model (CFZ-2-331C) and a dual-lane compaible model (CFZ-2-333C). The high-position stacker is available in two versions – the space-saving IN stacker specification and the standard sideway OUT stacker.
In the dual-sided folding mode capable of front and back folding, it is possible to customize settings for each specification.
Equipped with the King size specification (knife width 1,000mm for 8 folding section) as standard to fold a various sizes. Also adaptable to the future enlargement of product size.
※Option: Extended conveyor is required.
Acording to the purpose, the mode of process can be changed both ‘Fixed Folding,’ which standardizes for uniformization of fold dimensions, and ‘Length Measurement Folding,’ which folds based on the length of the item
We adopted a ‘Wide Stacker’ at the stacking location, allowing for 16-fold stacking of duvet covers.
By equipping standard stoppers for sheets and Duvet covers, stacking has been improved for a neater.
