- A compact folder with high position stackers integrated into either side of the frame.
- There are 2 types with the 1 lane model (CFZ-2-331C) and the 1 & 2 combination lane model (CFZ-2-333C). For the high position stacker, we also offer 2 types with the space-saving IN stacker specification and the standard horizontal output in the OUT stacker model.
- Front and back folding (using an inversion conveyor) and double-sided folding are possible specifications, and can be set for each mode.
- In order to process goods of various sizes, the King Specifications are standard (8 folding portions with a 900mm knife width). It can also handle future upsizing of goods. *A separate (OP) charging conveyor extension is required.
- After folding, dimensions can be made uniform with “fixed-size folding,” or the items can be folded according to individual lengths with “measurement-based folding.” You can select the mode to fit your needs.
- A “wide stacker” is used to make 16 fold stacking of covers possible. Additionally, the use of a stopper for sheets and covers as a standard feature keeps stacks in order.
